If any of our products arrive broken at their destination, a claimed customer credit will be provided within 24 hours of receiving it. Outside of 24 hours, you will not be granted the credit coupon of any kind, which will only be sent via email.
The credit must be used within the time established to make the purchase; Failure to use it will be canceled.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is placed to avoid loss of items. If it is our responsibility to have put an incorrect address at the time of shipment, we will respond for the item. If it is the responsibility of the customer, we will NOT send the merchandise again, the customer being responsible for the error.
